A versatile Miller induction system for demanding preheat, bake-out, stress-relief, post-weld heat treatment, and shrink-fit work.
The ProHeat 35 Liquid-Cooled Induction System is designed for higher-temperature and complex heating applications on pipe and flat plate. Flexible liquid-cooled cables can be arranged around different geometries, while onboard temperature control supports manual or temperature-based programming. The system is suitable for preheating, hydrogen bake-out, stress relieving, post-weld heat treatment, and shrink-fit applications up to 788 C. Confirm the workpiece geometry, heating zones, target cycle, thermocouple and recording needs, cable arrangement, insulation, cooler, and input power with Logamweld.
