Choosing the right T-Drill.
T-DRILL technologies cover collaring, flanging, chipless cutting, tube-end forming, welding, and integrated production systems. A collar can be formed directly from the run tube, reducing the need for a separate tee fitting and leaving one branch joint instead of several fitting joints. Select a system around the tube and branch diameters, material, wall thickness, required process, annual volume, site access, cycle-time target, and whether portable, standalone, or integrated production is needed.
