Plymovent SCS-DILUTER PRO is a stand-alone general-filtration system developed to reduce background welding-fume concentration in a workshop. It can support facilities where source-capture equipment cannot address every plume or where work locations change frequently.
A suitable layout depends on the workshop volume, welding load, process distribution, existing source capture, airflow pattern, obstacles, required filtration, unit location, noise, controls, filter service access, and applicable workplace requirements. General filtration should be evaluated as part of the complete air-quality strategy rather than as a substitute for effective source capture where source capture is practical.
