A programmable handheld oxygen monitor with an internal pump, 100 ppm resolution, spot and continuous modes, and USB data export.
The Aquasol PRO OX-100 is a portable digital oxygen monitor for weld purging and related applications. Its internal pump measures oxygen concentration with 0.01% (100 ppm) resolution. Spot mode can conserve battery during longer purge cycles, while continuous mode supports ongoing observation near the required oxygen level.
The monitor can record readings and export up to 50 data points to Microsoft Excel-compatible or plain-text formats through USB. An audiovisual alarm can be set to the target oxygen value. Current units use two-point calibration with ambient air and 99.999% argon. Confirm the project oxygen threshold, logging requirement, sampling method, calibration support, and operating duration before selection.
