Orbitalum RPG Pipe Facing Machine Series
A pipe-facing machine family for cold, square and burr-free preparation of tube outside diameters from 3 to 219.1 mm.
Orbitalum RPG pipe-facing machines use cold mechanical machining and centric clamping to produce repeatable, perpendicular tube ends without adding heat to the workpiece. Their quick-change clamping system supports efficient pipe and tool changes, while compact and battery-powered variants are suited to confined or clean working environments.
The family includes RPG ONE, RPG 1.5, RPG 3.0, RPG 4.5 (S), and RPG 8.6. Selection depends on the tube outside diameter, material, available access, preferred power supply, production volume, surface requirement, clamping shells, and cutting inserts.
