Orbitalum Smart Welder Plus
An orbital TIG welding power and control source with 3-180 A DC output, repeatable weld programs, documentation, and optional connected-production functions.
Orbitalum Smart Welder Plus provides programmable control for repeatable orbital TIG tube welding. It supports controlled welding current, weld-head rotation, shielding and purge-gas handling, optional wire feed, program storage, and weld documentation from one transportable power source.
A complete system also requires a compatible Orbitalum weld head and application-specific accessories. Selection should account for tube material, outside diameter, wall thickness, cooling, shielding and purge gas, wire-feed requirements, documentation, connectivity, and available site power.
